We are still a homemade restaurant, true to our roots, with flavour, depth and always using local ingredients to reduce carbon footprint. Our dishes reflect the classic local markets, with their seasonal ingredients. However, we push the boundaries of food conception with new trends.

The “gachamiga” ( a traditional local dish made from oil, flour and garlic, is topped with a sisho leaf. It is to be rolled and eaten in the fingers.
